Kits are limited and awarded after eligibility and application review. Applying does not guarantee that you will be selected.

Who can apply

Check the requirements before you apply.

To be considered, you must:

Self-identify as Black.
Be in your first or second year at a university.
Currently reside in Regina, Saskatchewan.
If you are in second year, have completed first year in good academic standing.

Important: Meeting the requirements lets you apply but does not guarantee a kit. Applications are reviewed and selected based on eligibility, available kits, and the information provided.

Your admission letter, academic record, and eligibility confirmations are stored privately and used only to review your application.

Uploaded documents are deleted after 30 days. Application details are retained for up to 12 months for program administration. Cover any information we do not need.
